We take quality seriously. If there is any sort of product malfunction with your recently purchased product we'll give you 10 days to return it. You can select any other products of equal or lesser value with a credit. Shipping is on us. If you are simply dissatisfied with one of our products, we may allow refunds under certain conditions or upon inspection of returned products. Fees may apply.
